I'm a private salon owner and small business strategist who works with hair stylists and beauty professionals to help them sustainably launch and profitize their independent salon or suite so they can make more money with less stress.

My main hustle has always been hair, but I'm also a clairvoyant and past life regression therapist in my other practice, here in Knoxville, Tennessee, where I was born and raised. No, I can't see you through the screen or read your mind! Sorry!
But probably more relevant to you, I'm a Board Certified Haircolorist and private salon owner. Having made well over 3 million dollars in my career over the last 24 years, I know a few things that stylists like to pick my brain about.
