3 Ways to Pinpoint Past Life Struggles and How to Fix it FAST

Updated: May 26, 2022

Your past life lessons are always connected to your present day obstacles. Here's how to tell what's past life related and what you can do to get it fixed.

Life can be hard sometimes. Especially when you’re struggling with your health or trying to successfully manage difficult relationships. It bleeds over into every aspect of your life, and starts affecting your job, your children, your spouse, your downtime - everything.

So how do you know where to start unraveling things to make them better, especially if it’s been going on as long as you can remember?

I’ve got the answer for you. Here’s three steps to discovering whether you have a past life problem or a present life problem, and how you can get it fixed.

Ready?

1) First, take an objective look at your life from these angles: financial, relationships, health.

Do you have inexplicable ongoing health problems that doctors can’t manage? What about your relationships? Do they pass like ships in the night, leaving you to wonder if you’ll ever find lasting love? Or perhaps you have a child or parent always causing you grief. Maybe you’re constantly struggling with money - never having enough, chronically in debt, or having too much and still dissatisfied with life.

Anything you’re struggling with that seems to never abate or get resolved has created a Problem Pattern in your life. The next step to finding out whether the pattern originated in this life, by your own free will and circumstances, or if it started in another life, with or without the same people involved.

2) Choose what's bothering you the most or seems to keep cropping up.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Choose the pattern that’s hindering your life the most and examine it well. How is it showing up in your life? What have you done to get it corrected? How does it make you feel?

These questions will give you a metric ton of insight, if you’re being very honest with yourself. Once you’ve really got a handle on the problem, the next step is to identify how long this has been happening.

3) Trace back the timeline - how long has this been happening?

Remember when you got your first job? If you had money problems from the time you began working, go back even further. How did you spend your allowance? Did you ever have money to begin with?

You have to trace the problem back as far as you can remember. Problem Patterns in your life right now originated somewhere. They didn’t just form to make your life a constant struggle.

Ongoing problems are the result of two things:

A mistake you made, in one life or another;

And how you responded to it.

Finding the original event that caused the pattern is the key to getting it resolved from the root, instead of just trying to allay symptoms.

For example, if you don’t have good health, when did those health problems begin? Were you sick from birth? Sickly in the womb? Or did they begin when you were 14?

The further back your problems began, the further back we must go to get the original cause addressed.

While most patterns are constructed in your life now, some transcend timelines.

The Fix:

If your Problem Pattern has a direct causal event that you can point to in this life, the best fix is regression to cause therapy. (Original, right?)

This is a form of hypnosis where you’d be regressed back to the time the problem started, identify the emotion that’s causing the pattern, and meet the underlying need that caused the emotion.

Sometimes, when you know you’ve had a problem the entirety of your present life, it’s better to go ahead and explore your past lives.

It’s the same technique, just a lot more interesting to experience.

And that’s a good thing:

No one *wants* to re-live a painful event in order to make the problem pattern stop.

Seeing your past lives makes it easy - you go on an adventure, remember your past lives, and the healing comes naturally.

But what if you don’t know where the problem pattern began?

Well, you can beat your head up against the wall and try to figure it out for yourself, or you can schedule a free Problem Pattern Assessment with me and I’ll point you in the right direction.
