I'm on a little bit of a rant. I've done this many times in the past over this exact same issue and I just can't figure it out. Why do spiritual teachers do this stuff?! Ugh! Anyway.

If you don't understand something, know that it's not always you. Either you aren't meant to understand or hear the message, or there's no message at all. Some people just like to talk nonsense, and it's usually ego driven. See what I have to say about it here:
