• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After that, the appointment will be forfeited without refund.

• If you arrive late to a live session, your session will end at the originally scheduled time.

• No-shows are considered a forfeiture and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
